If using for yoni steaming: You can steam as many times as you like just not during your cycle. And if you're trying to get pregnant don't steam during ovulation.
If using for tea: Herbal Tea can be consumed daily (use empty tea bag or tea strainer/filter)
Empress Herbal Steam Blend
Pour 4-6 cups of boiling water into a large bowl and add a handful of the herbal mixture. Grab a towel and squat over it, making sure the towel covers your body and the pot, preventing the steam from escaping. Direct the steam towards your yoni for 15-20 mins with intervals if needed. Use once a week for best results (do not Steam if bleeding).
Herbal Tea should be consumed daily. Add herbs to a tea strainer/filter (tea filters can be purchased from us as well)
